I don't off-hand remember which one the truck smashing through the fence is from, but it sounds very familiar.

The man being arrested with the stocking cap mask is from the Leo Koury segment (aired 7/12/89).

The man running toward the burning building is from the Mabel Woods kennel arson segment (aired 10/11/89).
