"Revenge" is getting to the bottom of Patrick’s daddy issue — specifically, who the heck is he?

The ABC soap has tapped TV vet Brett Cullen (Lost, Friday Night Lights, Devious Maids) to join the Season 3 cast in the recurring role of Jimmy, the biological father of Victoria’s love child Patrick (Justin Hartley), TVLine has learned exclusively.

Jimmy, who has gone on to start a family of his own, is described as a ruggedly handsome construction worker who possesses a troubled gaze. He’s slated to turn up in this season’s 13th episode, airing Jan. 19.
