It has possibilities though, that shot of his head was a bit like the lizard one in the horrible American version. Hopefully it will be better.

I was never fan of the older 1950s Godzilla I did like few of the 1990 remakes expect for last 1990 Godzilla remake I didn't like it much my brother loved the Godzilla movies growing up. im looking forward to this version of Godzilla if they make squeals I hope they make a Godzilla vs. king Kong movie.

The trailer looks good, so I'm hopeful it will be better than the 1997 US movie version! :)
