The pilot and the second episode were pretty good. :)

I've enjoyed the first 2 episodes. This show won't be anything earth shattering but it seems well enough written and performed to keep me interested in more episodes. Even the guy playing her son seems pretty capable.

I'm surprised that I'm liking this new show so much, because I was never a big fan of Kirstie Alley. But she's great in this show. :)

Same here it was also good seeing Michael Richards and Rhea Pearlman again too.

I've already posted this on IMDB and figured I'd share my thoughts here as well.

Man did this show tank really fast. The first few episodes showed some promise but it quickly devolved into terribly unfunny writing about 2 steps below fart jokes and a non-stop parade of stunt casting that couldn't even come close to covering up such awful scripts. Now here we are, the 12-episode season already airing it's finale next week and the dynamic between Maddie and Arlo (the show's premise in case anyone forgot) has barely been addressed. It's come to the point I'm only watching it for the cast, whose collective talents deserve much better. If it manages to get renewed for a second season this show really needs to be refocused.
