Hello fellow Murphy Fans,

Next week is the big 25th Anniversary of Murphy Brown celebration with almost daily reunions and interviews. I know that it was really last month, but I'm not going to complain.

First off, on Monday, December 9, Faith Ford will appear on LIVE! with Kelly and Michael.

Next, on Wednesday, December 11, Candice Bergen will be a guest on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on NBC. You know what that means, a beer pong rematch.

Also, are unconfirmed reports of a full cast + Diane English and Grant Shaud reunion at The Museum of Modern Art. @7:30p. I read about this in the NYPost. So google search for "Murphy Brown: A 25th Anniversary Celebration"

Also, on that date is a taping of another reunion with full cast + Diane English and Grant Shaud on Katie (Couric Show). So if you are in the NYC area, check out the Katie website for ticket info.

Finally, on Thursday, December 12, the taping of the Katie reunion will air nationally today.

So it's a busy, busy week for Murphy Brown Fans. For all of the TV appearances, check your local listings for air times and dates in your area. And please confirm with the MoMA about the reunion, as it is unclear if it will actually be happening and if it is open to the public.

That's enough to keep us busy! I hope you catch all of the shows. Also, in case you didn't know Murphy Brown is airing daily on Starz/Encore Classic, Check Your Local Listings.

Thanks,
Lauren
I am in no way affiliated with the TV show Murphy Brown, just a fan.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll set my DVR for all the interviews. I'm really looking forward to the cast reunion on "Katie".

YES! I was wondering if Grant would be at the cast reunion on the Katie show.

I watched the reunion. And, as a Miles fan. I feel major vindication. They never once mentioned that Grant left the show or that Lily Tomlin came on. Katie never brought it up and neither did the cast.

FF and GS have aged the best. Then again. They were the youngest.

Faith did the Corky dance. So funny. I liked to died laughing.

I wish I had seen this thread two days ago... I missed seeing the full Katie episode with everyone on it. But, I have caught a few clips and really enjoyed seeing everyone from this great show. It's such a shame that it is not available on DVD, with the original music included.

Was there any mention of Candice Bergen's stroke? She seems to be fully recovered (at least no visible effects), which I am glad to know.

Also - any mention of Phil or Eldin?

Charles Kimborough is looking old... and I would love to see a recent photo of his wife ("Vera" from the sitcom "Alice," Beth Howland).

Murphy Brown was one of my favorite shows growing up. Great to see the cast still together.

They didn't mention Pat Corley (Phil) But, they did mention Robert Pastoreilli's (sp?) untimely death.

What I liked the best was....There was no mention of the Lily Tomlin seasons! :D :D :D

That made this Miles fan a very happy girl! :D
