Once upon a time, I posted a thread called "Red Tape is Everywhere". This never got any replies and has been pushed to page two. The focus of this post was the red tape that Nell had to deal with in the first-season episode the "Emergency". I remember after "Different Strokes" on a Thursday Night in 1982, the announcer said "Next on 'Gimme a Break!' Katie's in the hospital and Nell's hung up on red tape". I had already seen that episode once and was excited about getting reacquainted with it. It was the classic scene with the busy body on the pay phone that I really fell in love with! In any event, the red tape that the announcer was talking about had to do with the forms that Nell had to fill out to get Katie admitted. While now I would like to tell you guys about another type of red tape. Up until a couple of months ago, it was very easy to reply to other peoples' posts on You Tube videos. I used to have loads of fun doing it! There was a reply button under every comment and anyone who was registered could respond. However, once Google took over the site, it is a whole different story! The vast majority of comments no longer have a reply button under them. I believe that there still is a way to reply, but I have not figured it out. Just in case anyone is interested, virtually the whole series of "Gimme a Break!" has been uploaded onto You Tube. In any event, I have posted loads of comments telling fellow viewers how much I would love to hear from anyone who knows how to reply to other peoples' posts. So far, no one has explained it to me! If anyone here knows the answer, I would be very interested in hearing from you!
