In the episode A test of friendship Eddie bothers Steve Urkel and takes advantage of him because he is the most gifted kid in the classroom by telling him to help him cheat on a test so he does not fail the class Steve Urkel agrees to the crime, If Steve Urkel was going to help him cheat on a test woudent it be easier if the both of them told the teacher if they can go to the bathroom at diff'rent times that way Steve could tell Eddie every answer to the test without the teacher eye balling their every move.
