Concerning Mitch and Cam, which one would be the "top" or the giving parter and who would be the receiver, or the "bottom"?

Personally I think Cam is the top and Mitchell is the one who bends over. Dunno. Do they ever switch places? I am not a homosexual, so I don't really know.
