(Ralph & Alice are in the Kramden apartment with the Nortons.)
Ralph: "Now look Alice, I am cooking the Thanksgiving turkey this year. You have done enough cooking around here. I will show you how it's done."
Trixie: "Ralph, you never cooked anything like that in your life. I hope you don't burn the turkey."
Ed: "He won't burn the turkey Trixie. As a matter of fact, he might eat it."
Ralph: "Oh, you are a riot Norton. A real riot. Now, help me out here."
(Ed helps Ralph.)
(Alice's parents come in. Ralph has a look of disgust.)
Alice: "Mom and Dad, Happy Thanksgiving."
Alice's Mom: "Happy Thanksgiving. Hello Sonny Boy. I hope you don't eat the turkey for yourself."
(Ed laughs.)
Ralph (yells): "SHUT UP NORTON!"
(Later on.)
Alice: "I don't know where Cousin Leo is. He is supposed to be here by now."
Ralph: "Me too. When we have the turkey, we can all say what we are thankful for."
(Smoke comes from the stove. The turkey is burning. No one notices. Later on Cousin Leo comes in.)
Leo: "Happy Thanksgiving. Ralph, it's GOOD to see you."
Alice: "Oh my God, the turkey is burning."
(Ralph takes out the turkey. It is burnt to a crisp. Ed puts out the fire.)
Alice's Mom: "Leo, you are early enough for the eats and early to see my son-in-law make a fool of himself. I am thankful for the unintentional comedy he makes."
Ralph (yells): "YOOOOOOOU ARE A BALBERMOUTH! A BLABBERMOUTH."
(Everyone tries to make peace with the two.)
(Jackie walks on stage. Audience applauds.)
Jack: "I hope that everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving and I hope on one eats a burnt turkey. The Miami Beach audiences are the best in the world and the Miami Beach Thanksgivings are the BEST. GOOD NIGHT!
(Audience applauds.)
