By the way..."fragrua" is actually foie gras. I believe it's French for duck liver. I used to watch Iron Chef-- the original Japanese version with Takeshi Kaga (Allez cuisine!!), :lol: not the newer (and not nearly as entertaining) American version. That's where I first learned about foie gras. They made dishes with that a lot. :)
