Can you identify this Family Guy episode?

Brian writes a script for a tv show. He "sells out" on his idea of what the show should be - otherwise the network would have cancelled it.

There is a scene where the whole family watches the first episode -
The show is a flop. Also watching with the family is the paraplegic next door neighbor Joe Swanson. Joe tries to attack Brian after they all watch the first episode. Joe is carried out of the house.

In the same episode, Stewie has a head injury, his brains are showing, there are flies buzzing around his exposed brain. Peter throws Stewie under the car as Lois is backing up so she will think she ran over Stewie.

After Brian's tv show first episode flops, The network wants to change the content. They come with a new idea of what it should be.

Brian quits rather then do it with the new content.

This episode was on tv within the last 3 days (don't know if new or repeat)
