Chris Gorham will guest-star on "Once Upon a Time" this season, Entertainment Weekly reports.

The "Covert Affairs" star will play an "important character in the life of Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison)" in the 12th episode.

Gorham's guest appearance may be brief, but it's an important role that he may reprise in the future.
