As many of you know, Leonardo DiCaprio (whose big break was on Growing Pains) has dated a string of hot models over the last decade.
From Gisele Bundchen to Miranda Kerr (before she married and eventually split up with Orlando Bloom), DiCaprio, who turned 39 earlier this month, has dated a bevy of hot models, and now he has another hot model to add to his collection.
Her name: Heather Hahn.
You folks may not know her name, but Hahn, age 26, has reportedly been dating DiCaprio since last March; hopefully THEIR relationship will last.
FYI: Hahn appeared as a recurring guest star on the HBO/Disney sitcom Hello Ladies.
