Kelly wears the most fashionable clothing back then, but the one I liked the most was when she wore a green swimsuit, a white jacket and turquoise shorts.

Jessie also, but the one that I like the most when she wore that turquoise prom dress when she pinches both sides of her turquoise prom skirt and does a twirl.

The Nostalgia Critic suggested that the fashion on SBTB was always "five years out of style". I suppose that it came out during that weird 1989-'92 period when people were trying to figure out the '90s by extending the '80s. Therefore, there were lots of garish clothing and weird, comic-sans like faux-urban fonts. That era was pretty much obliterated by grunge/alternative in 1993-1994.

I love the dress that Lisa had on at the end of the episode where she and Kelly are beaten by Screech for the Miss Bay Side title. :) :) :)
