Remember when the Evans did not want to support Mayor Davis for the election and the Mayor called Bookman from the Evans home to threaten that the Evans will be evicted all because they did not side with the Mayor.....That was illegal and it is a process to evict someone!!:crazy:

My guess is that Alderman Davis had been there for very long time and was probably in his 5th, or 10th term so he has gain lots of power and influence.
