Season five has more than just 8 episodes but I guess you're one of the people who are not fond of the California Years because Vivian Vance is not in them. Season 5 episodes that you left out were Lucy & John Waye (classic), Lucy and Paul Winchell, Lucy's Roommate-Part II w/Carol Burnett, Main Street two parter, and Lucy & George Burns.

My fave from this season is "Viv Visits Lucy" because I love their interaction with the hippie guys and their psychadelic outfits.

Hard to pick any others from this weak season but I do like "Lucy and Phil Silvers" for the conveyor belt scene with the rocking horses, even though it's a shameful ripoff of the candy factory from ILL.

My distaste for Seasons Four and Five is not directly correlated with Vance's departure. I just feel that the writing was inferior. However, I think Season Six is a tremendous improvement over Four and Five in this regard, and I was able to pick ten favorites.
