1- "A Legacy Written In Quicksand."- Santos struggles to get his education plan approved by the House, facing both Democratic and Republican opposition; he uses Vinick as a bargaining chip for on-the-fence Republicans by saying that Santos will drop the issue of parental consent in teenage mother abortion, infuriating Helen and Amy Gardner. Sam and Josh have lunch on the hill with a Republic senator who is giving them a hard time on the tax plan.
