I'm sure this has been talked about before,while I love the show and klugman and randall are perfect together, the basic premise of the show is flawed,if they were poor college students I can see them rooming together but both are very successful in their careers so they certainly dont need to share the rent expense.and since they cant stand being around each other why would they share an apartment together???also the premise of them even being friends doesnt make any sense.usually you have something in common with people that you hangout with.
