I voted for "My Brother's Keeper."

ONe of my favorites, was the episode where Mary goes to the Hospital and shares a room with Pat Carrol. Her comments about Mary's nightgown crack me up.

For laughs, maybe the singles bar episode where the singles clear out and leave very awkward camera interactions with the news staff in an empty bar.
