Seasons 4 & 5 have been announced for a 12/10/13 release date.

The info says that 3 episodes will be excluded from the season 5 set due to clearance issues. The 3 episodes are "Sweet, Sweet Blues", "Sanctuary", and "The Law on Trial".

The season 4 set will be missing 2 episodes due to clearance issues: "Brotherly Love" and "Shine on Sparta Moon"

TGG Direct is releasing the seasons in strange order, first they release season 1, then 8, and now 4 & 5 on the same day.

I just watched the 2-part season 4 episode "Brotherly Love" on WGN and I can't figure out why these episodes would be excluded from the DVD. Any ideas why?

I just watched the season 5 episode "Sweet, Sweet Blues" on WGN and it contains the song "Bad Sweet Blues" which the words and music are by Carroll O'Connor. The rights to this song probably belong to his estate and they wouldn't release it for the DVD release and this is why this episode will be absent from the season 5 DVD set.
