I really enjoy this show. It's definitely hit its stride this season. Glad it's starting to attract more viewers, as it is hilarious!

The beginning of last night was so funny! Betsy's dog accidentally bit Morgan's groin. Tamara cannot be fired at all because the actress, who played her, is gaining more equal popularity as Mindy at the same time.

I understand Beverly was absent last night for the third time, but be prepared that if she returns next week, then we have to add a cranky old man doctor in this show's cast.

I know we cannot stand Peter at all, but we still have also add a young woman in this show's cast also, who is like a Peter type of character.

Yeah, the broadening independencies situation on this show had to lower down because the viewers and fans were complaining that it will cause the show to become imbalances and more lost-focusings on anything.

The tv critics ordered the show to focus more on Mindy's guest guys to earn more publicity, and broadened independencies to prevent too much increasement on teen fans. Right now, the tv critics may have went too far and need to cool down. There's too much imbalance in this show.

I certainly admire Kaling's drive and inspirations.I understand she's also into wearing the producer's hat..................

Yeah, two more characters to get added:

* An irritating young woman nurse character to cool down Peter.

* A cranky old man doctor character to give Beverly some company.
