Even though Ralph used the line "I got a BIG mouth!" in only three episodes, The Golfer, Here Comes the Bride and Unconventional Behavior, he breaks me up in laughter every time he says it. It's not only how he delivers it, it's also his facial expression he uses. Who also gets a kick out of that line?
