I was wondering if anyone knows what episode the song "Cuban Pete" is in? I think I've now seen most of the episodes of I Love Lucy, but I haven't seen that song yet. Do they do it together on Lucy?

I think it is ep #3, "The Diet." At least that is the first time it is sung, where Lucy and Desi/'Ricky' perform it as they had done before on stage.
That is also one of the numbers they do some variations of, usually comical. In one of the later eps, when Ricky is contracted to put on a western show at a big rodeo at Madison Square Garden (???, yeah) he sings, "They call me Texas Pete. I'm the king of the western beat....yippy-yi-ya, yippy-yi-ya, yippy-yi- yaaaa....". They probably were running out of ideas and needed to change settings!

It is also played in "The Hedda Hopper Story."
Ricky: Mother, why didn't you tell us that your houseguest was Henna Hooper?
Mrs. McGillicuddy: You didn't ask me.

Okay, now that was just scary! (Not your singing, the song). But actually, that whole episode is kinda scary.
