The 'Wicked Game' crooner will play a famous musician named Chase Jackson, who meets Valerie Bertinelli‘s Melanie after she uses an illness to try to get tickets to his sold-out concert.
Her personal Make-a-Wish effort backfires, though, when he shows up at her door with backstage passes and writes a song about her bravery. (Little does he know, her ailment is far more curable than she initially lets on.)
