Hey! Just recently was going through my old videos tapes and came across all my GP/TenOUs episodes. I see there's a lot of posts here asking how it was a spinoff. Just watched the GP episodes and here's the deal: In a 2 part story, Coach Lubbock is going to be fired from Dewey H.S. at the end of the year. Mike, Carol, Dr. Seaver and Boner lead a protest against this and end up getting suspended. Despite good intentions, the Coach is fired right away as the school administration is very unhappy about the school being on the news. Blaming Mike's actions for getting him fired, the Coach storms over to vent. After a lot of pondering by both families, Elizabeth and Maggie plan for both families to get together for dinner; in doing so Mike and the Coach would make amends. The dinner does occur as does the Mike/Coach working things out. The end scene at the Seaver's is really well done as everyone gets introductions, dialog, and really nice close-ups. It ends with the Coach anouncing they'll be fine in Eureka, California. Which leads to the move in the TenOUs credits. Hope that helps. Def. a must see for any Lubbock fan! :seeya:
