Now I'm watching a YouTube video about gangs in Chicago that aired on the History Channel: Street Gangs of Chicago (Full Documentary) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ttgj-Twf2Bo)

Around the 4½ minute mark they mentioned three gangs that ruled the projects back in the 70s and 80s. The Warlords weren't named! LOL ;)

The video is not really relevant to Good Times. Yeah it was the setting of Good times but there is no mention of Good times
