In an early episode Flo was shown to be kinda supersticious when she was seeing that psychic woman and believed EVERYTHING she said, and Alice didn't buy into it.

But in a later episode when Vera was claiming to have ESP Flo thought it was a bunch of "hogwash", while Alice was more open to it.
