You don't actually hate them but think their flawed. Yet you still occasionally watch them because there's a character you like.

For me the show is Good Times. I always thought the writing and development were poor even though it had some fine actors on it.

I would probably never watch the show if it weren't for one character - Willona.

Do you have any shows you feel this way about, and if so, which character keeps you tuning in?

I never liked Two and a Half Men, although I like Ashton Kutcher.

Most television from the past two decades. One thing that has to go is the documentary style cinematography in comedies.

How I Met Your Mother - Why is this guy telling this to his kids? Why would he go into such inane detail with subplots involving his friends? Why wouldn't he get to the point? How long winded could you be. Stupid, stupid gimmicky premise.

My Name Is Earl/Raising Hope - 'hick' shows for a lack of a better term. Plus My Name Is Earl had a gimmicky premise that you think would limit/narrow story avenues.

Super Fun Night - Narrow premise with every episode occurring during a weekly 'hang out' night. See 'My Name Is Earl'

The Nanny - Fran and her voice: 'Nuff Said

Friends - Premise seemed good, but just couldn't get into it or like the characters. Joey was an alright character, I watched his spin-off show.

Will and Grace - See 'Friends'

1960s
Gilligan's Island - Characters are amazing, but stories... just eh and depressing.

Bewitched - Never cared for Darrin's feud with Samantha's family, and the recasting didn't make the show better. Also, the old witch lady's (the Aunt Tabitha?) mishaps are hurting my eyes.

1970s
The Mary Tyler Moore Show - The only characters I can relate myself to are Mary, Rhoda, Mr. Grant, and Phyllis. The rest are caricatures or mockery of the television station. and... the bald guy's jokes on the anchorman are repetitive and tasteless.

The Bob Newhart Show - ....Just boring.

Columbo - Cases are the same... the bad guy kills the victim, and the title character can harass him enough into confessing.

The Brady Bunch - I'll hire Alice as my housekeeper though.
