Lifetime Cancels "The Client List" after Two Seasons

Lifetime has axed Jennifer Love Hewitt's rub-and-tug drama "The Client List" after two seasons, TVGuide.com has confirmed.

The series was based on the 2010 Lifetime TV movie of the same name, in which Hewitt played Samantha Horton, a former Texas beauty queen and a mother of three who becomes a prostitute to make ends meet after she and her husband lose their jobs.

The film was based on the 2004 prostitution scandal in Odessa, Texas.





When the series premiered in April 2012, Hewitt played a slightly different character, a woman named Riley Parks, who begins working at a local day spa after her husband abandons her and her children. The series co-starred Loretta Devine, Colin Egglesfield, Cybill Shepherd and Brian Hallisay, to whom Hewitt is now engaged.

The couple are expecting their first child in December.





A decision on renewing the series for a third season was reportedly delayed because of Hewitt's pregnancy as the producers and network tried to figure out how to handle her pregnancy on-screen.

However, the show's ratings also dropped from an average of 2.51 million viewers for Season 1 down to 2.05 million viewers for Season 2.

Fans of the Lifetime Jennifer Love Hewitt series won't get answers after today's cancelation.

I was really enjoying the show. Too bad it got canceled. It was intriguing.

I never watched it but I'm gonna check it out if it's on dvd. I'm gonna see if Amazon.com has it. I wouldn't mind getting a body massage from Jennifer Love Hewitt hahahahahahahahahaha. LOLOL. You are funny. She is cute. It was a good show in quality. I really enjoyed the show. Good drama about a complex woman trying to make ends meet. I thought it was great.

Well I'm not ashamed to say I've paid several prostitutes for intimacy. I've never had sex with them. When I say intimate, I'm talking about I massaged and kissed their feet and they kissed my chest while I'm touching their feet because that makes me c*m LOL. I'm glad I've done that because if I hadn't, I probably would've never been intimate with women. I've never had a girlfriend and a lot of women are very mean and got a attitude especially black women. So that's why I don't approach women for dating. I feel bad for some men who are virgins because they're afraid of approaching women. That's why prostitutes are available for men that are virgins and I think men that are virgins should experience sex for the first time with a prostitute. I should've watched that show more just for Jennifer Love Hewitt.
