I got a reply from that renowned psychic Kim Russo from her facebook page. Her reply is pasted below.

Would anybody on this page want to put together some signatures or emails that we can all collectively give the network? She said the network might be willing to consider this.

Who's in and who wants to organize it? This, while still a long shot, may be an opportunity to get some new information about these two souls...
