This is a good topic. I tried to remember someone who was ripping people but I forgot the name. I will once I remember.

Just bumping it up to warn others. No one has ripped me off but that's an experience I can live without; I'm sorry that some people had to be so mean...

Thanks for posting that. I've never been ripped off but it's always nice to know who to avoide.

I find it really sad that people have to do this sort of thing. Dishonesty has always been one of my pet peeves.

I am putting up a tape trading web site soon. I'll be sure to beware of those people. I have traded tapes before but I was never ripped off. I hope that the streak won't end.

UM, do you think you could take my name off of that list. I sent you those tapes and you got them. That was my first time and i couldn't get my VCR to work most of the time. I even sent you some money back!

You can add the name TanookieMario2 to Frank Somma's list of names. HE left the tape trading group at google.com ( formerly Deja ) due to many bad trader postings on him which was about three pages . He is now on another group and hasn't changed taking some lady for some money for a tape he never sent.

I wrote about a tape trader p90210 (patti@hotmail) a couple of days ago.
Well, I finally got the copy I requested after waiting 2 months. The tape arrived in poor condition. It was hard to make out the words half the time since the audio is muffled and the picture is poor.

Go to your local post office and file a mail fraud complaint.
