Hey guys,

Here's an NBA Moment from 20 years ago;

The Chicago Bulls became only the 4th team in NBA History to win back to back championships

Magic Johnson and the Lakers did it in 1987 & 1988 and Isiah Thomas and the Detroit Pistons did it in 1989 & 1990 when they def. the Lakers in a rematch and the Portland Trailblazers and Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls did it as well in 1991 & 1992 and when they, too def. the Lakers and Trailblazers

However, unlike Magic and Thomas, Jordan and Company won 3-straight NBA Championships

Jordan who was 30 years old @ the time, took on the Phoenix Suns lead by 30 year old Charles Barkley

Jordan, Pippen and the crew took it to 6 games and with the series 4-2, the Chicago Bulls won 3-straight NBA Championships

Michael Jordan, who averaged a Finals-record 41.0 PPG during the six-game series, became the first player in NBA history to make a three-peat

and now, 20 years later, Jordan and Barkley are both 50 years old

Jordan is still the majority owner and chairman of the Charlotte Bobcats and Barkley is still a color analyst for the NBA on TNT and even though Sir Charles don't have any NBA Rings, he has won Emmy Awards and Jordan and Barkley still remain Best Friends to this day

and that's your look @ an NBA Moment from 20 years ago

This is why I rarely ever watch a televised sporting event anymore. Best I can recall, this junk started with Jordan and continues to this day and FOX is the worst offender.

Chicago had some good players back then and that's why they won 3 straight. You see they won 3 straight again when Jordan came back from retirement. They also were a good defensive team. Chicago plays tomorrow against Miami to start the new NBA season. I think the game is gonna be on TNT. Did ya'll know Chicago got rid of Nate Robinson to Denver? Stupid move. He was very good for them last season. If Derrick Rose gets hurt again, what are they gonna do?

Well I'm a fan of the Bulls and the only thing that I can say is this:

Pray!

and yes, Jordan back in the days was hot when he was with the Bulls

Since you're a Bulls fan, are you happy with the way Carlos Boozer has played? I think he's been a disappointment and i wish he would've stayed with Cleveland when Lebron was there. It's possible they could've won a couple of championships with Cleveland. What did you think about the Bulls getting rid of Kyle Korver, John Lucas III and a couple of other good bench players they had a few seasons ago when they won their division? The Bulls could be a problem for Miami in the playoffs this year if Derrick Rose stays healthy. They're really stupid for letting Nate Robinson go because he's what they need to get past Miami.

I agree with ya on Nate Robinson being traded, I mean, last year in the Playoffs against the Heat in Game #1, he got into the face of Mario Chalmers, but also, Boozer needs to step up and here's something else:

If Derrick does INDEED Stay Healthy, not only will they give the Heat hell, but they will also give the Brooklyn Nets and the New York Knicks Hell also, but there main threat is the Indiana Pacers

If the 2014 Eastern Conference Championship comes down to the Bulls vs. Pacers, it will be an AWESOME Series

Let's see how the Bulls do tonight against the Miami Heat on TNT

I can't WAIT for that

TNT is THE Place for the Bulls/Heat Games

and Charles Barkley said it best last night, the Bulls need to stay healthy and they also need to deal with the Pacers

I would rather see the Bulls against Miami than Bulls against Pacers in the playoffs.
