It sure is funny how Rosie Perez was slotted for Daphne's role. I can't imagine the chemistry between Rosie and David like Jane had with David. Perhaps Niles wouldn't have ended up with Daphne if Rosie had the role.

That's for sure. I honestly don't like Rosie Perez at all and I don't think I would have even started watching Frasier if she had gotten the role of Daphne. But it was funny to see her in "Crock Tales" and it's kind of surreal that she and David got to perform together anyway. But I've seen many of David's other roles and he and Jane have the best chemistry, hands down!
