FOX "News" fits in that category for me, in that they constantly act like their opinion shows are the same as actual newscasts/news reporting (IOW, conflating opinion with news). If they would simply say, when an opinion show comes on, "This is an opinion show on the FOX News Channel," I still wouldn't watch, but I'd give them credit for being honest. But they do not do that, and so this is all the more why I have never been the fan of FOX "News."

There was a time when I “hated” shows. But more recently, I’ve grown to realize it’s silly to hate TV shows. They’re all just meant for your entertainment. You either like what the show has to offer or you don’t. No need to hate it though.

Nope at this point in my life I don’t hate the show… I hate the people who watch the show and make it so popular and long lasting. ;)

Popular shows I didn't like or dont care for?

My first vote would be Married with Children. Ironically I like all the actors (the main four, Marcy's first husband also) but I found the show incredibly crude, depressing, lacking in any kind of soul or morality whatsoever and just a raunchy, unfunny crap program.

The show was about a loser guy who worked a demeaning job in a mall women's shoe store yoked with a chain smoking, lazy, greedy harpie who lived at home and refused to work, a whore for a daughter and a stupid, lazy incel son. With a crass, nasty neighbor and her two henpecked husbands, first husband another pathetic loser and the second guy basically a moron who was the sextoy of the wife.

Married was on when I was in college when it was on and it was a show that many peers of mine watched and enjoyed, so if I am at their place, this is what we did, smoke pot and watched TV. Our favorite stoned show was Night Court. But thats off the subject.

My father hated Carol Burnett and the Carol Burnett Show. he thought it was the worst crap ever made. Myself, I think Carol Burnett is annoying too, but the Mama Family sketches were hilarious as well as Tim Conway. But the old man couldnt stand her. If I wanted to torture my father, I would chain him to a chair, shoot him up with speed and force him to watch Carol Burnett for a day. If he were in a room with Hitler, Ted Bundy and Carol Burnett and he had two bullets in a gun, he would have shot Carol Burnett twice.

2. Drew Carey Show. Drew Carey personally is annoying to watch. I never liked his acting or hosting of Price is Right.

3. Here's Lucy. The whole point of this show was Lucille Ball pimping out her kids into acting. The way to get people to watch is have all these big name celebrities guest star. It's nothing more than a gimmick show to keep people watching. There's no real story or plot to the show. It's just who's gonna appear this week and how can we get Lucie Arnaz singing. No wonder this show was never a hit in syndication.

4. Saved By The Bell. I watched this show growing up. I don't understand the appeal as an adult. This show was not aimed for adults like some teen shows were. They had the silliest plots and dialogue to make you cringe. It's another overhype show like Seinfeld.

I don't have a fifth show. These four are ones I always avoid watching when the opportunity comes up. I gave them a chance and that was enough.

Of all the ones you listed, I like Barney Miller, I Dream Of Jeannie, and Designing Women. Happy Days was good the first season, but the rest were hit or Miss. Barney Miller has dry humor. Designing Women, while funny and enjoyable, at times gets very preachy and political.

Real Housewives is appalling, my cousin watches that crap all the time, but Kartrashians are even worse. A lot of bed hopping and staged crap. And not to mention lots of “crying” from one of the Kartrashian sisters, Kim, so if you ever watch the show in the near future, beware. The pathetic woman can’t even sniff onions without breaking down in tears. I could mention that the whole family looks like damn monsters, but I’ll hold my tongue and be civil. Watch ONE episode of Keeping Up With The Kartrashians and you’ll think today’s other crap like Two and A Half Men is partially decent. No reality in these pathetic excuses for “reality” shows.

Actually, The Golden Girls is one of my personal favorites, you really have to get the feel for it and watch some certain episodes, especially from the earlier seasons, or watch a couple of episodes before you make the final judgement. The earlier seasons were golden, the later seasons, not so much, it kinda lost it’s spark there. With the exception of Rose’s stupidity and Blanche’s annoying obsession with sex, the show has great character development and personality as well.

Law and Order Criminal Intent

Actually, The Golden Girls is one of my personal favorites, you really have to get the feel for it and watch some certain episodes, especially from the earlier seasons, or watch a couple of episodes before you make the final judgement. The earlier seasons were golden, the later seasons, not so much, it kinda lost it’s spark there. With the exception of Rose’s stupidity and Blanche’s annoying obsession with sex, the show has great character development and personality as well.

Golden Girls is one of my all time favorite shows, too. Even with all of the many inconsistencies and Rose's endlessly irritating stupidity, it will always be a favorite. Oh, and I don't like Sophia at all, not even a little bit. I only really like Dorothy and Blanche. Still, it brings me a cozy feeling and I adore the show.

It can get played on EVERY single channel 24/7 and I’d never get tired of it. I watch weeknights on Hallmark and occasionally on Sundays on TV Land and I still don’t get tired of it. I wish Logo still had GG although they beat up any old show with the disgusting treatment.

I feel the very same way you do. I can also just listen to the show for hours and hours, never getting tired of it. A lot of times I just listen to it as I'm typing something on the computer.
The show is also so comforting for me.

There is a cute dynamic between the two primary characters, and Linda Lavin is always good for a well timed laugh. But after watching a couple episodes it grew monotonous in a "Martin and Lewis" sort of way. Plus, the guy who needs the kidney, is a carbon copy of a cousin of mine who I always endeavored to avoid at family gatherings.

I cannot watch that show.

5 shows I don't like.

1. Seinfeld, I watch that show one time and I have never find that show funny, my mom's family loves that show and My mom and I didn't.

2. Friends- same things as the number one.

3. I don't like Roseanne sequel, The Connors- it's not funny and the kids think they're funny I got news for them, they're not funny.

4. I don't like Realty shows except Tough on Nails.

5. I didn't care for the new Swat Teams. (I will like the show if Sherman Moore didn't make the angry face like he did on Criminal Minds, His characters.)
