In all the years I have watched Leave it to Beaver, I always though there was at least one episode where Ward said to beaver after he got in trouble "Well Beaver,, you're getting punished. Now go to your room." Did he ever say that to Beaver? Which episode was it?

The closest that I can think of is when Beaver wore the "monster sweatshirt" to school. In that episode, Beaver had to stay in his room from after school on Friday afternoon until late Sunday afternoon. Then, Ward came into the room, talked to him, and then let Beaver go outside and they were going to play "catch" until it was time for supper.

In Ward's Baseball he also says he's going to punished and he was so mad that he was to stay in his room and even eat Sunday dinner in his room. I think he also had to come home from school and stay in his room. At the end he's telling Wally how he's daydreaming on his bed and Ward never does set him free.
