Harley no doubt. I never saw Shawn as a bad boy. I saw Shawn as a guy with an edge who just happened to be from the wrong side of the tracks. I never bought the bad boy image the show tried to give off.

better question: Harley vs Frankie

Harley was way more the Bad Boy than Shawn. I would also say Harley was much more the bully than Frankie would ever have been. Frankie was more of a follower.

Frankie was super sweet. Joey was the problem.
