1.) Guest actor James Franco was too strong talented to be let go, but he should come back to guest to make his role more respectable or switch from playing a nemesis role into a friendlier role.

2.) The Pastor Casey character should not be breaking up from Mindy. But I understand that actor Anders Holm, who played Pastor Casey, grew too erratic on his behavior and ended up getting pinkslipped from his acting career. That Pastor Casey character is not yet axed at all, they may need to find a brand new guest actor to play that character better.

3.) Both Beverly and Tamara characters are kind of desolated and isolated on their own levels and I know I am hearing complaints from all the young adult fans, that Beverly as acting too self-destructive to all the young adults. But the strict old TV critics were too strongly supportive on her and also complaint that there were too many 13-year-olds to 19-year-olds watching this show in one blow. Both Gwen and Shauna characters caused the imbalanced problem, according to the strict old TV critics watching this show. Now, we are forbiddened to get rid of the Beverly character, otherwise this show will meets it doom. The only way to solve this problem is to add two men doctor characters:

* One of them should be a young African-american man, who is more like a Tamara type.

* The other should be a a cranky old man, who can not only help prevent Beverly from getting both isolated and desolated, but we will make equal peace to both cranky old people.

The final results?:

1.) Guest actor James Franco to return to play nice.

2.) The pastor Casey character to return being played by a better actor.

3.) Add two more men doctor characters to make it a total of ten in this show's main cast.

We better hurry up with these requirements before it gets too late!

I have a feeling that this show is trying broaden up more independencies and that will cause too much imbalances in it and we will lose too much focus on what is more important.

This show needs some dependencies increased so the show will be balanced well and the focus will be correctly convincing.

We need to add a young woman nurse character, who acts like Peter Prentice.

We also need to add a cranky old man doctor character, so Beverly can gain more relief on her own company level.

We know that Beverly is not going to appear too often in this show, but we are still forbidden to get rid of her this time, according to the strict old TV critics' order.

Other reasons why the young woman nurse character should be included is that Betsy can be saved and get more interactive and Tamara can become more balanced.

Other reasons why a cranky old man doctor character should be included so that young adults will surrender to both cranky old people and show correct respect to them.
