I dunno if this is a thread yet, but I would like to know what TV Sitcoms have nuclear families and how many are in the family, for example...

I thought of having a sketch for a TV Show that I'd like to make called "Sitcom Family Feud". I made a family up to compete against these families and the ghost of Richard Dawson is the host.

You are partially correct. A nuclear family is a family group that consists only of a father, a mother, and their children. It is not specific to 1 boy and 1 girl, just to the parent's children, no matter how many or what gender.
