Malcolm in the Middle (commonly shortened to Malcolm) is an American sitcom created by Linwood Boomer for the Fox Network. The series was first broadcast on January 9, 2000, and ended its six-and-a-half-year run on May 14, 2006, after seven seasons. The series received critical acclaim and won seven Emmy Awards, one Grammy and was nominated for seven Golden Globes.

It wasn't AS good after the Baby came (though I think this show did it best with adding a new baby, as there were still some hilarious episodes towards the end).

But overall, Malcolm in the Middle was a great sitcom. I actually think the show improves with time prior to the baby's arrival.

It boned fish when they picked the wrong actress to play Nicki (guest starred in 4 episodes in this show's fourth season).

The correct actress to play Nicki was supposed to be Alecia Alcott.
