I just think about this often since "The Facts of Life" is a spin-off of "Diff'rnt Strokes".

Antenna TV shows "Diff'rnt Strokes" but not "The facts of Life". I'm wondering if Antenna TV will ever show "The Facts of Life" on their station, not to mention side-by-side with "Diff'rnt Strokes".

They don't have the rights at this time, but I hope they do one day. It would have been a better show than some of the other stuff they're adding this November.

No, it's not cable. It's only available in select markets. I think it's offered as a digital sub-channel or affiliate on broadcast TV.

So antenna tv is like meTV? I get meTV, but they definitely don't play fol type shows, just Gillian, dick van dyke, Brady bunch, Mary Tyler Moore, bewitched, I dream of Jeannie, etc. feels like NaN when I was in elementary school, haha!

I'm doing fine. As you can see, I am still here on the boards just not everyday but a few times out of the week. I'll be here until the rapture most likely. LOL.

Now, Antenna TV does air Diff'rent Strokes. If we can get them to air, FOL, that will be great. Teennick did air FOL at 7am in the morning for under three weeks last year and The Hub did air FOL weeknights and on Sundays then cut back on the airings and then pulled it from the schedule. I was watching when it aired last year on the channel.

He is not a troll. He is correct. The Facts of Life is on the Canada lineup and Diff'rent Strokes (Surprise) is there too....UNEDITED!!! ;) All eight seasons. I just glimpsed at season 8, ep4.

I saw some eps on YouTube. The quality does not play out the sharpest on my flat screen. I am thankful to the poster on YouTube, though. At least we can access them. I did find the eps on Netflix, though. It was so cool.

FOL is probably on the ME TOO local schedule. Maybe that is what the pther poster meant.

Me-TV doesn't air FOL. My local Me-TV affiliate airs FOL. It has been airing for at least 2 years. It airs at 11:30 AM weekdays. That affiliate doesn't air the whole Me-TV lineup.

Yes, WGCB in Pennsylvania airs FOL on 49.1. 49.1 has a partial MeTV schedule with some syndicated and religious programming as well. 49.2 has the complete MeTv schedule.

Yea that's the channel that it comes on. Unfortunately I don't get 49.2. I wish our cable would pick that up as well.

I have a set of the Netflix Recordings on DVD quality is great.

The funny thing is AntennaTV shows mostly if not all Sony Pictures Television shows, of which "Facts of Life" is one. But they won't seem to add it to their schedule if another cable network is airing it. I assume this is out of contractual obligations. But in terms of having access to it, if anyone does, they do!! (Now if only they would license out seasons 6-9 for DVD!!! But then, I'm preaching to the choir on that! :D )

I'm now going to a Radio/TV Broadcasting School and I'm hoping to have a radio station that plays 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's music, and some surprises as well. Also...have a TV Station that plays 80's and 90's shows..."Facts of Life" would be on my wish list!
