i think you should get that looked at - it mmight be a side effect of shock therapy or something

The orgin of Chuck's twitch is a funny one. In the very first episode he ever appeared in, Season 5's "Soccer" there were flies everywhere on the field getting in his face and it made him twitch, and the director told him to keep doing it after that to make it his trademark.
