I know that it's too early to tell, but so far, the division that is interesting is the AFC Division North

Now, we know that Pittsburgh is in BIG TROUBLE, but 3 of the teams in that division are all tied with a record of 2-2

The Cincinnati Bengals, the Cleveland Browns and our defending World Champions the Baltimore Ravens

The Bengals won 2 games in a row against their rival Pittsburgh Steelers and they even def. the Green Bay Packers in a very good game last week, however, they lost to the Chicago Bears and this week, they lost to their rival Cleveland Browns

The Browns lost the 1st 2 games to the Miami Dolphins and to their rival the Baltimore Ravens and they've won 2 games in a row against not only the Bengals, but last week, they upset the Minnesota Vikings

The Ravens lost 2 games to the Denver Broncos in the opening of the regular season and today, lost to the Buffalo Bills, but they won 2 games in a row against not only the Cleveland Browns, but last week, they def. the Houston Texans

However, Pittsburgh Steelers are in BIG TROUBLE

They've lost 4 games in a row, not only did they lost to the Bengals, but they've also lost to the Tennessee Titans, last week on Sunday Night Football, they lost to the Chicago Bears and today, they lost to the Minnesota Vikings in London and that's mainly due to too many turnovers such as too many fumbles and interceptions

and so, I ask ya this:

Who will clinch the AFC North Division?

Will the Ravens clinch it once again? or will it be the Bengals or the Browns?

also, will the Steelers roar back and win the division?

That's the Question!

Cincinnati or Baltimore will win the division. I still don't think Cleveland is for real even though they surprised me beating Cincinnati yesterday. Hopefully the Browns can continue to win because they've been terrible for so long and the Browns fans are loyal and they deserve to be happy for a change LOL. I'm really disappointed in Pittsburgh. I don't know what's going on with them. They really suck so far and I know the Steelers fans are pissed because they aren't used to losing.

I think it would be interesting that the AFC North would have Baltimore, Cleveland, and Cincinnati with winning records.

If so, the playoffs would look like this....

1-Denver or Kansas City
2-New England or Miami
3-Indianapolis or Tennessee
4-Baltimore
5-Cleveland
6-Cincinnati

Wild Card...

Indianapolis or Tennessee over Cincinnati
Cleveland over Baltimore (It'll be close)

AFC Division...

New England or Miami over Cleveland (I can't see them go further than a Wild card Win)
Denver or Kansas City over Indianapolis or Tennessee

AFC Championship...

Denver or Miami over New England or Kansas City (I can't stand New England and Kansas City is STILL young).

If the Browns beat the Bills, then the Browns are going to be a Cinderella Team. If the Patriots beat the Bengals, then the Bengals will only be 6th Seed at best. If the Dolphins beat the Ravens, then the Ravens will either be 4th or 5th.

Week 5 will be interesting, so the games to watch...

Well just so ya know, the last couple of years, the Ravens and the Bengals have been the only teams in the NFL to make the playoffs 2 years in a row as of this decade:

The Ravens have clinched the Division 2 years in a row while the Bengals have clinched a Wild Card Spot

However, the Bengals have lost 2 years in a row to the Houston Texans in the Wild Card

But this year, this should be interesting, however, I hate to say this, but I don't think that the Steelers are gonna make the playoffs nor will they clinch a Wild Card Spot, but then again, I may be wrong though

I can walk to my work!

I used to go to the westside sometimes to go to the Record Exchange which is now called CD Game Exchange. I haven't been downtown in a long time but I heard it looks really nice. I heard there's a casino downtown. Cleveland has the best corned beef sandwiches. There's this store I used to go to on the eastside not too far from where I lived called Harvard Deli on Harvard road and I used to get corned beef sandwiches from there. I'm gonna come to Cleveland next summer and I can't wait to go there. Cleveland also sells the best chicken wings because there's this store in my old neighborhood in Garfield Heights called Open Pantry and they sell them but they call them Jo Jo's. Cleveland also has some good barbecue you can get from Hot Sauce Williams.


I might've stayed in Cleveland if I would've been able to keep a job but I don't like the jobs there and I hate the winter there. Plus Cleveland doesn't have a lot of malls and movie theatres in the area I lived in. I used to live nearby Harvard road and Lee road which is not too far from Warrensville Heights and Shaker Heights. I'm upset that Randall Park mall in Warrensville is still vacant and also a lot of the stores are gone that was in Southgate shopping center in Maple Heights. Plus Bob Evans restaurant that was nearby Randall Park mall is gone. Cleveland has made some terrible mistakes closing Randall Park mall and getting rid of stores in Southgate and closing Bob Evans. Former NBA star Magic Johnson had a movie theatre inside Randall Park mall that's gone. I used to go there a lot. I kinda blame blacks that live in that area for the reason the mall and those stores are gone because they be causing trouble and stealing stuff from stores and you gotta spend money to keep the mall, restaurant and movie theater open. Unfortunately a lot of blacks are poor and don't have money. When you go to white neighborhoods in Cleveland, i'm sure they got malls, movie theatres and restaurants.

Yeah, Randall Park Mall is gone and so is Parmatown. I wish the city of Maple Heights could bring back the Sears and JC Penny to Southgate...or if City View in Garfield could solve their methane problem, have JC Penny and Sears move in there.

Parmatown mall is gone? I didn't know that. I didn't go there often anyway. I don't remember Southgate having JCPenney and Sears. Randall Park mall had those stores. I'm familiar with Granger road in Garfield Heights. That's a nice area.

Browns and Bills played last night? I didn't know that. Good for the Browns that they won. I hope they can continue to win because it's been long overdue for them to stop being at the bottom of the division LOL.

Browns backup quarterback is out for the season. That sucks. He got hurt last night. Hopefully Brandon Weeden stays healthy. If he gets hurt, they can go to Jason Campbell because he's a decent quarterback. He can throw the ball very well when he has a good offensive line. He used to play for the Washington Redskins and i liked him but he got blamed often for the offense and i don't know why because he didn't have a good offensive line. Former Browns running back Jim Brown was at the game last night. He was being honored for something.

What a week it has been in Week #5 of the NFL Regular Season

The Cleveland Browns, the Cincinnati Bengals and the Baltimore Ravens def. the Top 3 Teams in the AFC Division East in the Buffalo Bills, the Miami Dolphins and the New England Patriots

The Browns def. the Bills 37-24 this past Thursday Night and they're 3-2 for the 1st time in 12 years and the Ravens def. the Dolphins 26-23 and they, too are 3-2, but the biggest upset of them all is when the Bengals def. the Patriots and broke the streak of the Patriots and when the Bengals intercepted the ball at the last second, it was over for the Patriots as the Bengals def. them with a score of 13-6

The Browns, the Bengals and the Ravens are now tied with 3-2 in the AFC North Division over 3 teams in the AFC East

Next Week, the Ravens will take on the Green Bay Packers, the Bengals will travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills and the Browns will take on the Detroit Lions

also, the Steelers who has a bye week this week will take on the New York Jets next week

I told ya, the AFC North is getting tight

That's what i thought because i don't remember them playing. Mike Tomlin might get fired if they continue to be winless. I think Tom Coughlin of the Giants is also gonna get fired soon if they continue to be winless. Giants gotta play the Bears tomorrow and the Giants are gonna lose.

I doubt Tomlin and Coughlin will be fired. They'll be given every chance to turn things around. They both have SB rings. Plus the Steelers have had only 3 coaches since 1969. They don't fire coaches.

Management doesn't care if they got super bowl rings. All they care about is winning and if you aren't winning, they will fire you. I've seen it happen too many times to good coaches. Even very good players can get traded because nobody is untouchable. Plus i'm sure management for the Steelers and Giants have gotten letters and emails from the fans saying they want Coughlin and Tomlin fired if their teams don't start winning soon.

Yesterday, the Cincinnati Bengals have done it again when they tamed the Detroit Lions at the last second with a 54-yard Field Goal to break the tie and gave them another win with a score of 27-24

also, last week, the Baltimore Ravens fell victim to the Green Bay Packers and this week, the Cleveland Browns fall victim to the Packers as Aaron Rodgers and Company def. the Browns 31-13

and speaking of the Ravens, the Steelers def. the Ravens in the Steel City when they made a 42-yard Field Goal to break the tie with a score of 19-16 to give them 2 back to back wins

and as a result, The Bengals hold on to 1st place in the AFC North Division with record of 5-2

The Ravens and the Browns are still tied in 2nd place with a record of 3-4 and the Pittsburgh Steelers moves up to 2-4

Next Week, the Ravens will get a bye week in Week #8, the Bengals will take on the New York Jets (who def. the Patriots in overtime with a score of 30-27 with a 41-yard Field Goal), and 2 AFC North Teams will travel to on the road to take on 2 AFC West Teams as the Browns will take on the Undefeated Kansas City Chiefs and the Steelers will travel to take on the Oakland Raiders

Dolphins beat Bengals 22-20 on OT safety

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) -- With the Miami Dolphins needing any kind of score to end a four-game losing streak, two points were plenty.

Cameron Wake sacked Andy Dalton for a safety with 6:38 left in overtime, and Miami beat the Cincinnati Bengals 22-20 on Thursday night.

On third-and-10 from the 8, Dalton retreated to the goal line and was tackled by Wake coming up the middle for the third overtime safety in NFL history. The officials immediately signaled the score, which was upheld following a replay review.

''You just have to do whatever you can to get to the quarterback,'' Wake said. ''It couldn't have come at a better time. How much better could it have been than to have a d-lineman seal the deal?''

The Pro Bowl end totaled three sacks, and Cincinnati committed four turnovers that might have meant a difference of 17 points.

The Dolphins (4-4) won for the first time since their 3-0 start and snapped a four-game winning streak by the Bengals (6-3).

''You never want to lose four games in a row,'' coach Joe Philbin said, ''and we had an excellent football team coming in town. It was time for us to step up and we had to make a decision - what are we going to be? And I thought they answered the bell pretty well tonight.''

The Bengals still enjoy a two-game lead in the AFC North, but their ranks are rapidly thinning. Defensive tackle Geno Atkins left the game in the second quarter with a knee injury, and coach Marvin said the injury appeared to involve the All-Pro's anterior cruciate ligament, which would be season-ending.

Pro Bowl left tackle Andrew Whitworth (right knee) and backup linebacker Michael Boley (hamstring) missed the game.

The teams traded punts to start overtime. After Cincinnati's Terence Newman was called for a 38-yard pass interference penalty, the Bengals dug in and forced another punt that pinned them deep, setting up the safety by Wake.

''My eyes were downfield, and he was there pretty quick,'' Dalton said, adding he thought he was out of the end zone.

According to STATS, Minnesota's Mike Merriweather had the first NFL overtime safety in 1989 against the Los Angeles Rams, and Chicago's Adewale Ogunleye had the second against Tennessee in 2004.

''I don't think anyone expected the game to end on a safety,'' Miami quarterback Ryan Tannehill said.

The Bengals lost despite totaling 28 first downs and 465 yards while holding Miami to three third-down conversions. They could have tried a 56-yard field goal in overtime but punted to the Dolphins instead.

''We had a chance, maybe,'' Lewis said, ''but we felt better about pinning them down.''

Lewis made another questionable decision at the end of the first half. When the Bengals started from their own 15 with no timeouts and 45 seconds left, he decided against running out the clock.

His aggressive approach backfired when Dalton's pass was intercepted by Dimitri Patterson, setting up a 36-yard field goal by Caleb Sturgis to put Miami up 10-3 at halftime.

Mike Nugent kicked a 54-yard field goal with 1:24 remaining in regulation to put the Bengals ahead, but Miami answered with a 50-yard drive, and Sturgis made a 44-yard field goal with 11 seconds left to force overtime.

Brent Grimes returned an interception 94 yards for a touchdown to put the Dolphins up 17-3 midway through the third quarter, but they squandered a two-touchdown second-half lead for the second time in five days. On Sunday in a loss at New England, they were outscored 24-0 in the final 24 minutes.

Cincinnati's Giovani Bernard scored on an electrifying tying 35-yard touchdown run in the third quarter that covered perhaps twice that much ground. He started right, doubled back left, weaved up the sideline, cut back across the middle and somersaulted in the end zone, leaving Dolphins sprawled in his wake all along the way.

The run took 16 seconds. At least four defenders had a shot at him, including Grimes, who missed twice - once in the backfield as the play unfolded.

Cincinnati's Marvin Jones was kept out of the end zone four days after he caught four touchdown passes. Dalton's 50-yard touchdown pass to Jones was negated by a holding call against Jermaine Gresham as the Bengals sputtered four days after scoring 49 points to beat the Jets.

The Bengals drove 64 yards for a field goal in the second quarter to take a 3-0 lead, and mounted an 80-yard drive for a touchdown in the third quarter. But Grimes' interception represented a potential 14-point swing, because the Bengals were at the Miami 10.

Notes: Bernard bruised his ribs in the fourth quarter, but the injury wasn't believed to be serious. ... Miami G Richie Incognito left the game in the second quarter with a neck injury, and CB Nolan Carroll suffered a concussion, both in the second quarter. ... The Dolphins improved to 6-0 on Halloween.

It was a big day in Cleveland for the Cleveland Browns as they def. the Baltimore Ravens in an AFC North Division Rivalry Match-Up with a score of 24-18

and so, despite losing to the Dolphins on Thursday Night, the Bengals are still in the lead in the AFC North Division with a record of 6-3 while the Cleveland Browns move up to 2nd Place with a record of 4-5 and the Ravens fall to 3rd Place with a record of 3-5, plus the Steelers are still dead last with a record of 2-6

also, the Pittsburgh Steelers are back in the hunt as they def. the Buffalo Bills with a score of 23-10

But despite the loss to the Ravens, the Bengals still hold on to 1st Palce in the AFC North with a record of 6-4 while the Baltimore Ravens tie the Cleveland Browns (who had a Bye Week in Week 10) with a record of 4-5 and the Pittsburgh Steelers are not far behind with a record of 3-6

BALTIMORE -- A game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens usually features hard hits, flying helmets and a pivotal play in the final minutes.

The clash between these AFC North rivals on Thursday night had all that -- and so much more.

A coach on the field during a kick return, two touchdowns erased by replay and an inexplicable botched field goal were among the highlights and lowlights in Baltimore's 22-20 Thanksgiving victory.

Justin Tucker kicked five field goals, and Baltimore snuffed a conversion pass with 1:03 left to avenge last month's loss to their division rivals.

After Pittsburgh scored on a 1-yard touchdown pass from Ben Roethlisberger to Jerricho Cotchery to make it 22-20, Roethlisberger's 2-point conversion pass slipped through the hands of Emmanuel Sanders, who was screened by Chykie Brown.

"Ben gave me a good ball," Sanders said. "It hit my hands, and I've got to make the play. It's not on him. It's on me."

The ensuing onside kick didn't travel the required 10 yards, and that left Baltimore to merely run out the clock to end Pittsburgh's three-game winning streak.

"It's never over when you play the Steelers, it's never over when you play the Ravens. That's why these games are so great," Baltimore coach John Harbaugh said.

The victory provided the Ravens (6-6) with their first winning streak since September and pushed the defending Super Bowl champions ahead of the Steelers (5-7) and four other teams in the race for the final wild-card slot in the AFC.

"We're in control of our destiny," Harbaugh said. "I feel like we're a really good football team; we need to go out and prove it."

It was the fifth straight game between the teams decided by three points or fewer.

Pittsburgh appeared to score twice in the closing minutes, but on each occasion the touchdown was overturned by a replay. On the first one, tight end Heath Miller was ruled down inside the 1. On the second, running back Le'Veon Bell lost his helmet on a crushing tackle by Jimmy Smith and the ball was ruled dead just short of the goal line.

The game was delayed while Bell and Smith lay on the ground. Two plays later, Roethlisberger hit a wide-open Cotchery on fourth down.

Tucker connected on kicks of 43, 34, 38, 45 and 48 yards after Joe Flacco threw a first-quarter touchdown pass to Torrey Smith.

Flacco went 24 for 35 for 251 yards.

"There were so many opportunities for us to go out there and get points and win, just big, and put the game away and we didn't do it," Flacco said. "In the back of your mind you're thinking, `Man, this is going to catch up to us."'

Roethlisberger was 28 for 44 for 257 yards and two TDs.

Baltimore didn't get a sack and didn't force a turnover, but played well enough to bottle up Roethlisberger and the Steelers for the majority of the game.

Down 19-7, the Steelers mounted a 60-yard drive aided by two penalties and got a 1-yard touchdown run by Bell to close to 19-14 with 9:32 to go. It was only the second rushing TD allowed by the Ravens this season.

Tucker answered with a field goal, but Roethlisberger mounted a 79-yard drive to set the stage for the hectic finish.

The Ravens opened the second half with a 52-yard drive that ended in a field goal for a 13-0 lead. Smith caught two passes on third down to keep the drive alive.

Pittsburgh answered with an 80-yard march that began with a 21-yard completion from Roethlisberger to Miller, and included a 43-yard run by Bell to the Baltimore 8. On third down, Sanders got free in the end zone for an 8-yard score -- only the fourth touchdown allowed by the Ravens in six home games.

Jacoby Jones took the ensuing kickoff 73 yards to the Pittsburgh 27, setting up a 38-yard field goal that made it 16-7. Jones sprinted down the left side and nearly ran into Steelers coach Mike Tomlin, who stepped out of the way at the last second.

"I always watch the returns on the Jumbotron. It provides a better perspective for me," Tomlin said. "I lost my placement as he broke free and saw at the last second how close I was to the field of play."

Jones said: "I don't blame other people's actions. I still should have scored."

After a Pittsburgh punt, Flacco escaped pressure to complete a 34-yard pass to Jones, and Tucker put the Ravens up by 12 with 13:59 remaining.

That would be Baltimore's final score, and it proved to be just enough for a much-needed victory.

Baltimore limited the Steelers to 98 yards in taking a 10-0 halftime lead.

Baltimore moved 71 yards on its first drive to take a 7-0 lead on a 7-yard touchdown pass to Smith. The play came after Smith hauled in a 54-yard pass from Flacco to the Pittsburgh 1.

There were three scuffles after the whistle in the first quarter, but peace was restored before things got out of hand.

Pittsburgh's third drive ended with a curious, aborted field-goal try. Shaun Suisham was poised to kick a 50-yarder, but his approach began well before the snap and he didn't follow through. Holder Mat McBriar flipped an impromptu lateral to Suisham, who was tackled for a 12-yard loss.

"Our timing was really off," Suisham said.

The Ravens then took advantage of a 26-yard pass interference call against Ike Taylor to go up 10-0.

How is it that Cincinnati has kept Marvin Lewis as their coach all these years and Cincinnati is in first place now and Cleveland continues to change coaches and continue to lose?
