Caroline Rhea: "'Sabrina, The Teenage Witch' Had The Worst Costumes In The Entire World" (VIDEO)
09/26/2013

The characters on "Sabrina, The Teenage Witch" may have had magical powers, but even that couldn't get them out of their "ridiculous" costumes.

The wardrobe was especially offensive to Caroline Rhea, who played Sabrina's Aunt Hilda.

Rhea told HuffPost Live's Caitlyn Becker that she thought the characters were consistently dressed like "young temps."

"They were the worst costumes in the entire world," Rhea said. "Really, it was ridiculous. Sabrina was dressed like an accountant going to high school."

And it wasn't just Sabrina's wardrobe that bothered Rhea.

"It always looked like I was going to a coronation for a very senior royal member," she said of her own character's look. "I was like, 'It's breakfast, my hair is this high.'"

I actually thought the wardrobe matched the show perfectly. Both were very campy, which I love.
