I've been a southern resident for over 17 years now and to me, rednecks have more maturity and respect than she ever will have in her whole lifetime.

I think she's a genuis. Whatever she does, people cannot shut up about it and just ignore her, so therefore she's not going anywhere anytime soon. She knows exactly what it takes to remain in the spotlight.

Miley Cyrus is absolute proof that sex sells. It's hard to imagine her doing anything that would have given her the press, the notariety or the national spotlight that acting slutty did. Say what you want, just spell her name right.

She's calculated in what she's doing, and people can't stop talking about her. And she is talentless. But no one can shut up about her. She's doing something right.

People seem to love to hate certain celebrities (*cough* David Cassidy) while others just seem to sail along below the radar and get no scrutiny. Cyrus, Lohan, Hilton, Bieber, and Spears and a few others fall into the former category.

I can't figure it out. Yes, she's overexposed, and no, I'm not really a fan of hers. But I don't hate her; it's a waste of time and if I don't want to buy her music or watch her videos, I just don't.

Personally I think she was a lot prettier when she had the long locks, but then again, I'm sure I'm not in her target demographic. :)

I got this issue over the weekend and when I look at it, I don't see "sexy," but rather, I see a little kid sticking her tongue out.

Whoever her advisors or managers are, they should be fired. This "scandalous" behavior may get her some publicity and some shock value, but I think it will be short-lived.

I have a feeling this isn't really her -- it's what her people are telling her she should do to shake off the wholesome child star image she had when she was Hannah Montana Roseannadanna.

But it's like she's trying to act sexy, as opposed to just being sexy or sensual.
