I'm looking up pictures of my favorite shows to make up a little scrap book and I want "Taxi" to be represented by having its familiar cast (in other words including Bobby Wheeler & Jim Ignatowski). However, I can only find ones with Bobby and John (from season 1) or Jim from season four and five (some have Simka, some don't). What's the deal? Did they not take any cast photos during seasons two and three?

I don't want altered pictures, like the DVD covers. Genuine pictures of the cast.

Anyways, I was just venting about that.

If it comes down to me choosing one over the other, I guess I'll go from a picture with Jim in the cast because he's my favorite and such a classic character.

Cast photos are usually taken before the season starts. Christopher Lloyd didn't become a cast member until sometime after Season 2 had already started. Before the start of Season 3 they had that actors stike so that's probably why there aren't any cast photos with both of them. It sucks and I tried hard to find a photo. If Stuck in the 70's can't find one I don't think anyone can.

Well, I was wrong. :lol: The good news is if you have Taxi: The Official Fans Guide, it's on page 24. I decided to skim through the book last night and couldn't believe I found it. The bad news is it's in black and white and I don't have a digital camera or scanner so I can't upload it. It's a nice photo though.

You know what's funny is that I DO own that book and looked it up right now and there it is - a cast photo which includes Bobby and Jim. I want a color version of it but now that I know it exists, maybe I can find it.

Getting closer. I just found a color picture of the Taxi cast from early season two. So there's no Jim but like I say.... getting closer!

Looking at it, I realized the season two cast photo I found without Jim has the cast in the same clothes they wear in the picture WITH Jim. So I'm guessing the same photo shoot.

I'm just not finding it online though.
