In the season 4 episode Hair Today Gone Tommorow which is one of the best episodes in my theory cory is starting to feel like a teenager and thinks everybody in the whole world has better hair then he does, topanga feels sorry for him and trys to make him feel better about himself by cutting off a chunk of her hair to show him beauty is in the eye of the beholder, do you think topanga was a complete fool for cutting half her hair off she said it took her 6 or 7 years for it to grow long ???
