Yes, NBC has. And also, CBS, WB and ABC have done the same. And other networks will probably follow. Keep checking
http://tv.zap2it.com/news
for the latest.
And if that doesn't work, go to the main page, located at http://www.zap2it.com
HERE'S THE LATEST INFO I'VE HEARD SO FAR:
CBS and ABC have followed NBC by pushing back the fall season to the week of Sept. 24.
FROM ZAP2IT:
The WB had planned to premiere its slate as scheduled, starting Friday with a block of comedies, but announced on Thursday that they will be holding off "in recognition of the national day of prayer and remembrance."

OK well that's a relief i guess. since we live so close to NY, people who don't have cable have the signals broadcasted from the WTC, except CBS. So I was lined up to tape a bunch of shows for like 6 people. No I can relax and stuff..but I have a question:
do they expect to be running the full-time newscasts until the 24th? b/c (hopefully) there won't be anymore news by then.

I personally think they should go back to their regular schedule and every 15 mins have an update. That way we can try to get it a little off our minds.

From the great Carol Burnett Show:
"As the Stomache Turns"
Marianne: Well, look! It's Pocahantas Purneli, the town halfbreed! Half indian, and half dressed! Come in Poke!
Pocahantas: Maryanne, I know there's something desperatly missing in your life!
Maryanne: How did you know?
Pochantas: I saw it in your eyes, I read it in your face, I read it on your bumpersticker that says "Welcome, Shriners"!

I wished TheWB would have done their premire week on schedule.I couldn't wait to see "Reba" and "Raising Dad".I was also looking foward to "Sabrina".Too bad.But it isn't much of a loss. They are showing "Sabrina Goes To Rome" instead.I'm glad because they showed "Sabrina Down Under" yesterday!

that sounds like a good idea. For ever 16 hours of programing now, there is about a 1/2 of REAL NEW NEWS sooo I think thats a good idea

I really don't care if NBC pushed back their new schedule. Almost everything is beginning to go bad on the network. I'm living in a rerun world now. I think the only show I watch on NBC is "Weakest Link"
