I managed to track down most of the Bob run through various trades, but the quality really wasn't that great. I do know that they (somewhat surprisingly) released this show on retail not too long ago, including the rare unaired episodes. You may want to go that route.

The complete series of Bob is on DVD. I haven't seen it, but I've heard great things.
