There's a new interview with Valerie airing on September 19th, and they just had a tease about it on the Today Show. The cancer is in remission, but is not cured yet.

I saw an interview with Valerie Thursday night on NBC, and it seems she's doing really well in her battle against the cancer, already having beaten the early prognosis.

Her doctor actually said she was nearing remission!

Everybody is realistic, but this seemed like really good news!
