Detroit Lions
Cleveland Browns
Jacksonville Jaguars
Houston Texans
I would say the next NFL teams that should end up in the superbowl would be:
* Detroit Lions
* Either Browns, Jaguars or Texans.

And of course, NEITHER Cleveland Browns team has ever made it to a Super Bowl, although the OLD CLeveland Browns (now the Ravens) did win eight league championships prior to the Super Bowl era. The current Browns team (1999-present) has never made it to a Super Bowl of course, and has only made the playoffs once (9-7 wildcard in 2002). They did go 10-6 in 2007 but did not make the playoffs.
Other than the Browns (in name only), the Lions are the only team not to make it to a Super Bowl despite being in existence during the entire Super Bowl era (first Super Bowl January 1967). The Jags (1995) and Texans (2002) are expansion teams.
If I were to guess which of those four teams would be the next to appear in the Super Bowl, I'd probably go with Houston. The others who haven't been there have a losing culture, although the Lions are trying to do something about that. Even though the Lions were only 4-12 last season, they lost a lot of very close games. If they can stay together...
The Jaguars were very much a SB threat in their early days, but have fizzled out the last several years.

I'll say this until I die...
The Browns will be the last team to go to The Super Bowl. The Lions may go one day, The Texans are next, and The Jaguars are next (They may be the Los Angles Jaguars)...but The "Browns"...will NEVER go unless they buy tickets!

There's a very good chance that the Jaguars will be the team that moves to LA, although it's possible that the nickname could be changed. (The NFL has already gone on record saying they won't expand, so an existing franchise will be moving.)
I think maybe the Texans will be in the Super Bowl soon.

If you say "Jaguars", then include "Browns".

No because the Browns actually are trying to make changes and playing hard
The Jags organization is content with losing

Well...I hate to say this, but...
I may be wrong about The Browns. They won last Sunday and though they may NOT be playoff-bound, they may be in the Top-10 Draft Picks and may have a team in a couple of years.
So it may be like this...
Texans
Lions or Browns
Jaguars
